Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains what information neo-meda.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The website is run by NEO-MEDA Holding Group, Cairo, Egypt.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and the message itself. We do not ask for anything else, and browsing the website does not require you to tell us who you are.
How we use it
We use what you send only to read and answer your message. It is stored in the website's database and a copy is emailed to our team so someone can reply. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and storage
The website sets one cookie, a session cookie that protects the contact form from being submitted by other sites. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. The website also remembers, on your own device only, whether you prefer the light or dark design and whether you have already seen the opening animation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Services we rely on
The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps, so Google receives your IP address when the map loads. Everything else, including the fonts, is served from our own website. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@neo-meda.com and we will reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
